Cinnamon maple nuts
Addicted to this snack those days✨it just tastes incredible 🤩
As I eat mainly vegan I always look for ways to incorporate enough protein into my daily food. After a workout or just when you crave an afternoon snack, this is the recipe for you!
Did you know nuts have been shown to promote weight loss rather than contribute to weight gain? Several studies indicate that your body doesn't absorb all of the calories in nuts.
Ingredients:
450 gr nuts (walnuts, pecan, brazilian, almonds, …)
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of salt
Preparation:
Warm the oven on 200 degrees Celsius.
mix your favorite nuts with 3 tbsp maple syrup, cinnamon and a sprinkle of salt. Bake in the oven on 200 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes - toss everything around and bake another 10 minutes. When finished stir in 200gr of raisins and enjoy!!!
