It’s one of my passions to guide women towards growth and self-development.

With a holistic approach that blends psychology, wellness strategies, and practical tools, I’ve made it my life’s work to empower women to embrace change with confidence and clarity.

 

My innovative, transformational and strengths-based wellness coaching empowers you to overcome your obstacles, and handle your stressors or your transition more easily so you can change, flourish and reach your goals.

In the sessions I focus on balancing main areas of your life so we create lasting transformational changes and help you cope better with the stresses and challenges in life. My aim is to improve your life satisfaction and make you flourish.

I guide you along the way to create the most vibrant version of yourself and to help you achieve your dreams! Whether this is achieving the work/life balance that works for you, feeling more energized by changing eating habits, support you in being an expat, or just finding joy in your every day life and tackle stress. I will enhance my clients’ abilities to access and use their key strengths and purpose, to intentionally design their lives.

In the transformational coaching process, based on the scientific principles of Positive Psychology, I learn you to connect with your true self, to create your vision, to make your dream happen, to embrace positive change and plan for future steps.
