VEGAN SNICKER BARS

My old time favourite VEGAN SNICKERBARS🤩
Ingredients:

🔸Caramel layer: 1 cup pitted medjool dates + 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tsp maca powder (optional: to create more caramel taste😉) + 1/4 tsp salt
🔸Nougat layer: 2/3 cup it flour (just blend oats for 1 min if you don’t have this flour at home) + 1/4 cup caramel layer (above)
🔸Other: 1/3 cup roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted) + melted dark chocolate 


Start by putting the dates in warm water for 10 minutes🍃blend the drained dates with other ingredients for the caramel layer🍃add the oat flour to 1/4 of the caramel🍃press the oat flour nougat layer into a small and narrow container-spread the remaining caramel over the nougat layer and sprinkle the peanut pieces over the caramel, slightly pressing the nuts in the caramel🍃place in freezer 60-90 minutes🍃take out of the container and cut into bars and put back in freezer while you make the chocolate 🍃pour the chocolate over the bars and place 5-10 min in fridge 🍃they last 10 days in fridge and up to one month in freezer👌🏻ENJOY!!!
