Sweet date chia pudding

Ingredients - serves 1:

- 250 unsweetened almond milk

- 2 medjool dates

- 5 tbsp chia seeds

- blueberries, slices of banana, goji berries and pomegranate seeds to serve (any kind of soft fruit will work) 

Start with blending the almond milk together with the dates. Blend well until it becomes a sweet drink. Put the chia seeds in a glass jar and add the milk. stir carefully and leave it at least 6 hours or overnight in the fridge. 

Slice a banana in a bowl , put the pudding on top and decorate with blueberries, goji berries and pomegranate seeds. Such a sweetness...
