Creamy Cacao Ice cream

 This treat was a real discovery for me! 

It tastes so delicious that you almost  can't believe it's healthy stuff!

Yield: 2 servings

Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: none

 

ingredients: 

2 cups frozen bananas

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbs cacao

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 medjool dates

pinch of pink himalayan sea salt

Blend the bananas first until you get a creamy texture. Then add all the remaining ingredients and serve immediately or keep it in the freezer. It will last 3-5 days. 

Use your inspiration to decorate the ice cream. You can put it on a cone, or serve it in a bowl like here in the picture and top with sliced almonds, cacao nibs and blackberries. I put blackberries because I couldn't find blueberries but I believe the taste of blueberries goes better with the cacao. Let me know your thoughts!

Play around with the amounts of cacao or sweetener and let your taste buds decide from which one you want more of! Enjoy!!
