the wellness journal is finally here!
During the last two years I have worked on creating a tool to inspire women internationally to live a more balanced and healthy life🌷
Within our busy lives I wanna bring some sparks of wellbeing, inspiring women to take charge of their overall wellbeing by offering tools, education, recipes and inspiration. I wanna teach and inspire people how to live at their BEST! I want women to start acknowledging their needs, and prioritizing self-care. And that’s why I created THE WELLNESS JOURNAL!📔
An undated journal - so you can start whenever you´d like and no pressure to use it every day- that will teach you how to live a balanced life, with many tools and prompts to create a morning and evening routine that works best for you! At the beginning of the journal you will be able to set 6 goals in each of the wellness pillars. Based on those you will create your own vision board. Your daily morning thoughts, habits, intentions and evening reflections will support you to achieve those goals!

What I want you to know about me is I have always been someone who sees the best in people and pays attention to what lights them up, makes them feel powerful, and gives meaning to their lives. So in my work as a Psychologist and Coach I take into account all Wellness pillars to create real, lasting transformation and personal growth. I'm here to break it all down and make it super simple and accessible for you so you can increasae your wellbeing on a daily basis.
